Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

We are committed to offering high-quality products that will fully satisfy both you and your birds.

If you still have a reason to file a complaint, you may return the item to a German address within 30 days. Items that were damaged or defective upon arrival can be exchanged for a new item.

Returned items must be in like-new condition. An additional fee will be charged for returns that are not in their original packaging, are incomplete, or are soiled. This also applies to accessories.

Note: All returns must be assigned a return number in advance. 

To initiate a return, please send us an email at support@happybird-lampen.de. We will then send you the following documents:

  1. Return label: Please attach the label to the package to return it and ensure it is properly stamped. HappyBird cannot cover the return shipping costs. 

  2. Return Authorization: The return authorization includes a barcode and a description of the returned products. Please place this in the return package along with the items. 

If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. We also do not accept returns without a return label and authorization.
